Hybrid 4x4s?

June 15th, 2011

These sound so weird… right?

A Hybrid 4×4 is a different type of car that is designed to receive power in all four of its OEM Toyota wheels. So say the OE Toyota Prius wheels came with 4×4, you’d probably be flying all over the place.

Like all of the other hybrid cars that are in the market, the hybrid 4x4s with factory 2008 Toyota Prius wheels uses gasoline but not as much as other, non-hybrid models, as it is fueled in part by a rechargeable battery. The only thing is that the batteries aren’t as powerful as the gas powered engines that are on the majority of cars being sold today.

I want this on my wheels…
