The Pontiac Wave has been known as a couple different names, like the Pontiac Wave G3 and later the Pontiac G3 in the US whereas it was known first in Canada under the Wave moniker. This model had a very short time on the lots and was on available from 2005 through 2009 and was considered a subcompact car with three body styles: 3 door hatchback, sedan and 5 door hatchback.
