Information On Factory Chrysler Fifth Avenue Rims and Wheels

The Chrysler FifthAvenue was a trim level that eventually turned into its own car in 1983 and continued as such for two generations. The Fifth Avenue was a full size four door sedan equipped with straight 6 and V8 engines its first generation; its second generation only offered V6 engines, both generations only came with automatic transmissions. The second generation was called the New Yorker FifthAvenue and was built on a completely different platform than the first generation. In 1993 the FifthAvenue was discontinued to make room for a redesigned New Yorker.

The wheels offered on the Fifth Avenue were exclusively 14" and 15" and almost all were alloy apart from three steel wheels. The steel rims include a 15" painted steel rim, and two 14" steel rims with painted finish with 12 or 18 holes. The alloy wheels were very diversified in their stylings but for the most part were all machined finished with a handful finished in certain Gold, silver, black, or white paints.
