They\u2019re located inside the wheel itself &amp; spins when the vehicle actually moves. It stops moving when the vehicle comes to a complete-I mean <strong>complete<\/strong>-stop; like when it\u2019s parked or something. It usually has roller bearings that separate the actual spinner from the wheel so that way the wheel is \u201cunaffected\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>They\u2019re so popular that there\u2019s a song about them! I\u2019m not even kidding, I wish I was. It\u2019s actually called \u201cRidin\u2019 Spinners\u201d by Three 6 Mafia. Don\u2019t believe me? Pfft, fine. Look it up! It came out in 2003 (: There\u2019s no doubt that there\u2019s more songs about them, but that was the first one that popped into my head.<\/p>\n<p>Anyways, Spinners usually come in an either chromed or polished finish-you\u2019ll rarely see a set of Spinners painted; but if you do, they usually come in Gold or Black. You\u2019ll see them being used as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.originalwheels.com\/cadillac-wheels\/escalade.php\">Cadillac Escalade rims<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.originalwheels.com\/chevrolet-wheels\/tahoe.php\">Chevrolet Tahoe wheels<\/a> -my point is they\u2019re usually on big SUV\u2019s.
