So Motor Wheel Corporation of Lansing, MI came up with their Polycast rims.<\/p>\n<p>Well, it refers to the face of the wheel as an ornamental overlay.\u00a0 You might be thinking, \u201cIsn\u2019t that like a hubcap?\u201d In some ways it is because it\u2019s just ornamental.
