He really wanted me to thank Rick, Ricky, &amp; everyone who helped him with his order because he said that <em>they<\/em> deserve the credit. So guys, this one is for you; here\u2019s what the letter said,<\/p>\n<p><em>Ladies and Gentlemen:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I am writing this letter to say \u2018<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">THANK YOU<\/span>!\u2019 to Rick, Ricky and everyone else who helped along the way. Unfortunately, I do not \u2018Blog\u2019, \u2018Tweet\u2019 or have an account with Facebook. So, I am only able to share my comments with you and not the rest of the world. I gave you incorrect information when I placed an order online to replace a wheel for my 2006 Cadillac STS [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.originalwheels.com\/cadillac-wheels\/sts2006rims.php\">2006 Cadillac STS rims<\/a>]. You delivered as promised, but, I had to return the wheel. The return process was simple and worked.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>After I placed a new order, I quickly began to make a nuisance of myself with calls to confirm the status of the order. I spoke to a guy (whose name I did not record) who had been given the task of responding to my calls. He explained the process and the reasons for the delay. Bottom line: You wanted to make sure that the wheel was refurnished properly. It takes time to do it the right way. I appreciate that. The wheel was delivered. It fits and looks like it came with the car.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Providing great customer service is a lost art. Most companies claim that \u2018Your business is very important to us.\u2019, but, fail miserably when put to the test. It was not my intention to provide a test case for you. However, you folks met the challenge and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for your patience and a job well done.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Best regards,<\/em><br \/>\n<em> George N.
