Two years later, in 2007, the nameplate was revived on a separate Buick sedan that was build by the GM in Shanghai &#8211; it was meant for the Chinese market.<\/p>\n<p>The second generation was the one with the fancy <a href=\"http:\/\/www.originalwheels.com\/buick-wheels\/parkavenue2005rims.php\">2005 Buick Park Avenue wheels<\/a> on it. The Park Avenue didn\u2019t really change until about 2003; that\u2019s when the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.originalwheels.com\/buick-wheels\/index.php\">Buick wheels<\/a> changed and so did everything else.
