Brake Rotors & Original Wheels

June 30th, 2011

You probably already know that your brakes & your Saab wheels have something in common – but you really don’t know what it is. There’s something called brake rotors that are inside your wheels where the brake pads squeeze in order to slow the rotation of the wheel and bring the vehicle to a stop. You can easily say that without these, you won’t stop at all… and you’d most likely damage your Saab rims, which is something that I know you definitely don’t want.

We don’t want any of this to happen.

Depending on the type of car that you have, each set of brake rotors can be manufactured in a variety of materials & designs. There are some rotors that are made up of heavy cast iron and then there are some different rotors that are made up of carbon. Either way, they’re going to go inside your wheels whether you like it or not.

Do you know which rotors you have?
