Product Quality -
Are your wheels new or used?

The majority of our wheels are used unless stated otherwise. We do offer some brand new wheels that are advertised as brand new originals and we offer some brand new replicas that are clearly advertised as brand new replicas.

What condition are the wheels in?

All of our wheels are guaranteed in immaculate condition unless otherwise stated. The majority of our wheels are factory take-offs and if necessary we will refinish a wheel to make it look like new. The only exception is cladded chrome wheels because the clad chrome cannot be refinished or replaced so they are sold as-is, pictures can be sent prior to shipping if they are not perfect.

What does your guarantee include?

Our guarantee states that you will receive a wheel in the condition stated, like-new unless another condition was agreed upon prior to shipping the wheel. The wheel will arrive structurally perfect, there will be no cracks or bends. The wheel will be exactly what you ordered, the style and finished stated on the invoice. If it does not meet any one of these requirements we will pay for return shipping and either provide you with a replacement or a full refund.

How long before I should expect to see my wheel?

We always attempt to get wheels out to our customers as quickly as possible. Generally wheels ship out within 1-3 business days after the order is placed and delivery is between 1 and 5 business days. If you need your wheel by a certain date please check with your sales representative to get an estimated delivery time or to find out if you need to expedite your shipping.

What is the warranty of your wheels?

All wheel finishes except chrome(for chrome warranty see below) come with a limited lifetime warranty on the finish. This covers any defect in the refinishing that causes it to discolor, peel, or paint to crackle. Unfortunately we cannot cover any damage caused to the finish by user error, such as curb rash, stains caused by improper cleaning products, exposure to the elements, normal wear and tear, or damages caused during installation.

Do you warranty your chrome?

We do warranty our chrome for up to a year. If properly cared for and kept away from corrosive materials, such as salt, chrome can last for years. We do guarantee our chrome for a year and will be happy to re-chrome or replace any wheel chromed by us if it begins to peel or discolor, as long as there is no evidence that it has been exposed to corrosive materials. Unfortunately we cannot cover any damage caused to the finish by user error, such as curb rash, stains caused by improper cleaning products, exposure to the elements, normal wear and tear, or damages caused during installation.


Shipping -
What is the cost of shipping?

Ground shipping on a wheel can range from $35 to $75. Average shipping is about $45 per wheel depending on the size and weight of the wheel, and distance to destination. All wheels are individually packaged to avoid being damaged. Expedited shipping can be very expensive because of the size and weight of wheels. Often 2nd or next day air shipping can be $150 to $250+ per wheel.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not do ship outside of the contiguous US. We would be happy to ship to a forwarding company, however, if there is anything wrong with the wheel we will only cover the shipping from us to the forwarding company and will not cover any return shipping.

Do you ship to Canada or internationally?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not do any international shipping and all credit card purchases must be made with a valid US billing address for verification.


Wheel Finish -
How do I determine my wheel finish?

For assistance with determining the finish of your wheel check out our Finding your Finish page or give us a call, we will be happy to help. If you like you can also email us a clear photo of a clean wheel and we will be happy to assist with identifying the finish.

Do you chrome wheels?

We can chrome almost any alloy wheel for you. If chrome is not a factory finish the chroming will be considered a custom job and sale will be final, no return can be made unless the wheels are received damaged or faulty.

What is a special order?

Special order is when we go out and locate a wheel that we do not currently have in stock for a customer. If we do not have the wheel you need available we can try to locate it for you elsewhere. The price may be more or less than our price, but we will give you the option. Our guarantee does extend to all special ordered wheels. We always inform our customers if we will have to special order a wheel for them and what the final cost will be.


Tracking -
I went to the tracking page and can't find my package, what do I do?

Check your email to see if we may have sent it directly to you. If the tracking page isn't working for you we may not have input your tracking into the system yet. You can always contact us by email or phone. If your wheel has already shipped we can always email a copy of the tracking number to you.

Selling Wheels -
Do You Buy Wheels?

We buy wheels, but keep in mind, shipping can cost up to $15-$50 per wheel to ship to us. Before contacting us to sell wheels please identify which wheels you have. If it is a wheel we are interested in we can negotiate a price.
