Brief Ford History

May 24th, 2011

We all like Ford & the Ford rims that come on our Ford Fusion rims – especially the 2007 Ford Fusion rims, right? Or is that just me?

Anyway, the Ford Motor Company was first launched in a converted factory in 1903 with $28,000 in cash from twelve investors – which back then, wasn’t a lot… at all. The man who did all this was Henry Ford. The first attempt that he made under his name was the Henry Ford Company on November 3, 1901. This eventually became the Cadillac Motor Company on August 22, 1902.

When it first started, the company had only manufactured a few cars a day at the factory that it had in Detroit. There were small groups of about 2-3 men who worked on each car from components made to order by other companies.

Now look at how successful the company is & how nice their Ford rims are.

What do you have to say?
