Information On Factory Nissan NX Rims and Wheels

Nissan's NX, generally called the NX1600 or NX2000 depending on the engine, was a two door coupe that was very similar to the older Sentra hatchback with a redone body. The name is a derivative of the word "next" which embodied the idea of the next generation they were trying to market the new car as; the numerical, either 1600 or 2000, comes from the 1.6L or 2.0L engine options, all straight four cylinders. With Front wheel drive, the NX is a sport compact that was available with either an automatic or manual transmission. The NX has been widely considered a superior racing vehicle, winning quite a few races during its eligibility for SSB racing. The NX was taken off the American market in 1993 and discontinued completely in 1996.

Available in only silver finish there was a 13" alloy rim with nine spokes and two 14" alloy wheels with either 5 or 7 spokes. There were two steel wheels 13" or 14" with 16 or 8 spokes, respectively.
