I have 2 say I was OVER JOYED with the FRIENDY staff & the GREAT rim I GOT. I could not believe it was a USED rim. When I needed a new rim 4 my 2009 Chev. Cobalt I went on line & found ORIGANAL WHEELS. The rim was at my door in 4 days & I was blown away at the great rim which only cost me $175 when a NEW one at dealer was $400. It was so clean & in top shape , not a dent or mark on it. Thxs again U guys & U are HIGHY being recommend to all my friends if they need a USED rim

I just wanted to let everyone know that I had the most pleasureable experience working with Jr. from Original Wheels on my 1st initial call and every call thereafter. Jr. and staff was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased some Original Chevy Malibu wheels (Chrome) that I had been looking for since I found some at another wheel company but when I wanted to order them they no longer had them in stock and I was told that I could send my wheels so they could chrome those. I was surprised after speaking to Jr. from Original Wheels and ordering the wheels that I actually received them the next day whereas at first I was quoted of possibly getting them within 5-7 days, SO EXCITED! The ONLY down part to purchasing the wheels from Original Wheel was that the wheels cost me a little more than what the other wheel company were selling them for, however I didnt have to send my wheels in to have them chromed so I now have to sets. This gives me a set for the winter and a set for the summer. COOL! I didnt agree with the fact that the wheels didnt come with the center caps to them and I had to pay for the caps, especially in chrome. I felt that for the money I spent they should have just thrown the caps in. Overall, my experience was a GOOD one and I would order from Original Wheels again.

I ordered two wheels for my wife’s 2008 Mazda3. I shopped around and Original Wheels had the best price. The wheels arrived on time and as promised. They were an identical match to the other two wheels on the car, and I had them installed before my wife got home from her business trip, so I didn;t have to tell her I jumped a curb and cracked two of her wheels. I did tell her, but she would have never known by looking at the wheels.

Please disregard the last one as it was not complete. I was a bit cautious about ordering over the phone however the person who took my order was very accurate and precise. I have different size wheels on the front and back and he knew just what to do. The dealer was quoting me 800 to fix all of the damage on my X5 21’s. I ended up buying a full brand new replica set for 250 each or 1000 total. The replica is just as good as the original. You cannot tell any difference. From now on instead of paying 175 to have a wheel with a lot of curb rash I will just buy 1 new one for 75.00 less! I ordered and paid for next day shipping. Check this out, I casually mentioned to the guy that took my order that I would be catching a flight the next evening and asked if they would arrive by 10:00. THEY ARRIVED 3 HOURS AFTER MY ORDER WAS PLACED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These guys are top notch and I would put my name on recommending to anyone. Thank you guys very much

Even though the original shipment was the wrong colored wheel, I talked to Rick and he corrected the problem, sent me a shipper to return the wrong wheel and in turn I received the wheel that was ordered and it was in excellent condition (like new). I demolished two of the wheels on my 2001 BMW 328i on local potholes and needed replacements. My excellent local auto mechanic reported that even second rate replacements would be too expensive to consider. My wife found the Original Wheels website on the web. The price seemed very reasonable, the wheels arrived promptly and are hard to distinguish from the originals (except they’re a lot cleaner). My mechanic said they look fine. No complaints. I recommend Original Wheels without reservation.
I ordered 2 rear chrome rims for my 2004 BMW M3. These rims were re-chromed, and are just like new. I’m very happy and when ready for some more rims I will be ordering from them. I would recommend them highly. These rims were very hard to find in a chrome finish.
I ordered a wheel from Original Wheels for my Mustang. I soon received a phone call explaining that my wheel was out of stock. I was disappointed to hear that bit of information. The good news is that the Original wheels representative took the time to search for the wheel from another source. I agreed to pay a slight additional charge. The wheel arrived on time, exactly as described and in perfect condition. The representative was also very helpful to be sure I was ordering the correct style wheel. Every quote I got from dealerships and parts dealers was outrageously expensive. After finding the wheel I needed at Original Wheels’ website I found that it was literally a quarter of the best price that I had been quoted elsewhere. I purchased a set of ’09 Land Rover LR2 wheels, one had a slight variation in color (it was sprayed at a different finishing warehouse). To make a long story short and without getting into all the details they went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I even offered to pay the return shipping and even that was taken care of. The staff was always courteous and helpful, shipping was prompt and so was returning phone calls. The wheel was replaced and now all 4 of wheels match perfectly. I am also totally satisfied with the overall finish of the wheels, the quality is excellent. I would recommend O.W. to anyone, esp if your looking for a replacement OEM wheel to avoid dealing with the headaches of buying from a private seller (who will not give you a guarantee), aftermarket (having to worry about fitment) or wanting to pay outrageous dealership prices. This is the second time I’ve purchased rims from Original Wheels.com. Since the first set of rims was for one of my company cars, I needed them quickly. Two days after ordering them, the car was back on the road. What was impressive is that the rims are hard to find. Outside of Original Wheels, the only other place to get them is the dealership and they take full advantage of it. I got the rims for 1/3 of the price the dealership was asking. The second order was for a full set of rims for my wifes Cadi. She thinks her Escalade is a tank and can jump curbs, pot holes, Prius’s etc. Of course, the original 22 inch rims don’t agree. I called customer service and was impressed by the reps knowledge. So, I ordered 4 new replacement rims for her Escalade late Monday afternoon at about 1/2 the price the dealership wanted. They showed up Wednesday morning! I wasn’t expecting them for several more days. They’re already on her Cadi and look great! Outstanding customer service and great product! I’m sorry that I didn’t catch the reps name, but thanks again for all the help! We’ll be purchasing all our replacement rims for my company cars through you guys from now on.

I had a cracked Cadillac STS rim that needed to be replaced. Dealerships want $800 to $900 dollars to order a replacement and no one else in the city of Indianapolis could provide one. I found original wheels, sent them a picture of what I needed and presto it was at my doorstep within a couple of days for a reasonable price. My wife cracked the alloy rim on her 2005 ford Taurus in a construction zone.I called the ford dealer in town and was told the rim was 500.00 dollars,almost fell out of my chair.I called all the salvage yards in area,looking for a rim for this popular car to no avail.I went on line found originalwheels.com,read the reviews and called them up and Oscar answered the phone I explained my problem with availability of finding a alloy 7 spoke rim for this popular car and that her car was down and out with 1 broke rim and 2 flats.Oscar not only had the rims,but also had one in another warehouse closer to my area and said he could still get it still shipped out today and I should get it sooner than from main warehouse in Ca.Wow what fast friendly service and to top it off my rim came in heavy duty packaging with my rim protected and wrapped in plastic and looks absolutely brand new.I normally don’t write reviews,but I was just so impressed with the service quality and almost forgot the outstanding price.All in all a great company,thanks again Earl in Mt
