Manny is the MAN over at original wheels ! I would stray away from most big companies purely based on the type of service you get but not in this case — I shopped around, i called other OEM rim websites and got shuffled around by people that sounded like they’d rather watch paint dry. however, I called original wheels on the phone and actually was assisted by very friendly and helpful people both the girl that originally answered the phone and Manny. I needed help looking for a wheel and was assisted every part of the way, they even helped me find some wheels not listed on the website and even helped me compare wheels and believe me, it takes a reeeal good shopping experience to compel me to go out of my way and write a review. 10/10 service – would definitely recommend to a friend or really anyone that was looking for wheels.. would definitely buy from again if need be. I recently purchased one reconditioned and one new rim for my 2010 BMW 135i. I could not be happier. The reconditioned rim was great. They helped me find a new rim from a dealer when a reconditioned rim was not available. That is above and beyond. Prices were competitive and the service was outstanding. I had the reconditioned rim the next day! Highly recommend.

We recently had an issue with the factory wheels on our 2000 Ford Expedition. Rust around the wheels were causing air leaks. We decided to replace the factory wheels. This wasn’t as easy as we thought. We had difficulty finding reasonably priced wheels locally. Finally we found steel replacement rims at original wheels.com. I had just got my 97’ Dodge Ram 2500 back from the body shop. New fenders and paint, it looks as new as it did when I bought it back in 1997. However, the rims looked every bit of 21 years old. I needed a replacement stock wheel for my 2011 Camaro SS/RS. I found one on here, called and verified it was the correct one, and ordered it. The wheel was shipped and made it to my house in about 3 days total from purchase date, Awesome! The wheel was packaged great and the box was very tough, no issues at all. The wheel was perfect! Put it on the car shortly after receiving it and it is perfect, no more wobble from my old bent wheel.

There’s a saying that goes something like this: “You Get What You Pay For”. After searching online for an acceptable replacement wheel for my Jaguar and locating many less expensive (not-so-good ones), I found OriginalWheels.com online and saw a great wheel. Unfortunately, it sold before I could get it ordered. But, Kevin, Original Wheels’s associate, helped locate another one for me. He went out of his way to take the time and put in the effort to make sure I would be happy with the wheel even going so far as to send me multiple very detailed photos of that wheel. I have yet to received the wheel but from my experience with Kevin, I have no worries that it will meet my expectations. Great Company…terrific associate. You Get What You Pay For! Works for me.
