Information On Factory Buick LaCrosse Rims and Wheels

The Buick LaCrosse, or the Buick Allure as it is known in Canada, is a 4-door sedan that began production in 2004 and is still manufacturing its second generation today. In 2010, as the second generation began, the LaCrosse moved from an "entry-level" car to a luxury sports sedan with all of its new upgrades and flashier design.

During the LaCrosse's first generation only 15", 16", and 17" OEM Buick LaCrosse wheels were available for the first three years and for the most part were chrome finished alloy rims. There were however two factory original steel wheels, both with painted finish, one a 20 hole, 15" and the other a 16", 15 hole rim. In 2008 two 18" rims were offered, a 9 spoke alloy wheel that was finished in silver, hyper silver, or chrome; and a 10 spoke alloy rim finished in chrome. The second generation brought with it four new wheel options: a 17" silver finished, 9 spoke rim; an 18", 7 spoke wheel finished in either chrome or machined with silver; a 9 spoke, 19" rim finished in silver with a machined edge; and a 17" steel rim with painted finish.
