Information On Factory Chevrolet Colorado Rims and Wheels

The Chevy Colorado is a pickup truck that began production in 2004 on GM's GMT 355 platform with its second generation already in production for 2013 model year. The Colorado comes in 2-door regular cab, 4-door extended cab, and 4-door crew cab body styles while offering straight 4 and 5 cylinder engines along with a V8 engine the first generation, while the second generation will only offer straight 4 cylinder engines. Both generations are available with a manual or automatic transmission.

While the Chevy Colorado has had over 10 different alloy rims available it has only offered three steel rims, a 15" with painted finish and 8 holes, and two 16" steel wheels with painted finish and 5 or 10 holes. Among the alloy rims are mainly 18" wheels finished in chrome along with one 18" alloy rim with 6 double spokes finished in silver or hyper silver. There were two 17" wheels, one finished in silver with 5 spokes and the finished in chrome with 6 spokes.
